Sausage Lemon Boursin Pasta with Garlic Breadcrumbs

This pasta is unreal and the garlic breadcrumbs with lemon zest take it to the next level!

    Blitz the bread into a fine crumb. Heat oil in a pan, add the breadcrumbs, crushed garlic and salt and pepper. Cook over a medium heat until all golden, set aside.

    Heat oil in a pan, cook sliced onion. Once soft and slightly caramelised add the garlic.

    Cook your pasta until al dente.

    Remove the skin from the sausages, add the sausage meat to the onions. Break up with a wooden spoon and continue to cook.

    Add boursin to the sausages, pour in a little pasta water to loosen. Stir in the cooked pasta, mix well and add more pasta water if needed. Grate parmesan all over.

    Serve in a bowl and top with breadcrumbs, parmesan and lemon zest.
