    Mash up 1 banana with a fork, beat in 1 egg. Then stir in the flour and cinnamon if using. Pour in milk and mix.

    Heat butter in a pan and ladle in 3 pancakes. Cook for a few mins each side until cooked.

    Serve with strawberries and banana (or any fruit your kids like) drizzle over honey - enjoy!
