8 hours instant noodles
Do I like complicating things? Yes. Yes I do. But I enjoy the process of learning how things are made. What should I make next? Maggi? Lays? Kit-Kat? Huhu

Add everything in a pot, add water and let it simmer on low heat for 5-6 hours. A minimum of 1 hour will develop great taste in the broth

Mix the dry ingredients

Add warm water slowly into the dough. It will form an extremely dry dough. But everything will come together.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes, and let it rest for 30 minutes, covered well.

Knead the dough again until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes

Finally, knead one last time and flatten it out. Either use a noodle machine or a knife to cut out thin strips of noodles

Heat oil in a pan, and add the curled or regular noodles, small amounts at a time, and fry for 10-15 seconds. You don't want this to get golden or golden brown.

Add everything to a small pan and on low heat roast the spices for 20 seconds. Mix everything well

Before serving, add boiling broth, some of the spice mix, aromatic wonton soup oil or chili oil and serve it like regular instant noodle
