In a blender combine all your dry ingredients first then add in your wet ingredients.

Blend until smooth.

Spray your oven safe ramekin with oil.

Add in your batter

Top with chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows

Bake for 30-45 Minutes adjusting to your liking

Check the texture of the baked oats with a toothpick
