Satay Style Tofu Clusters
Savoury tofu granola (ur new fave meal prep protein!)

Preheat your oven or airfryer to 200c (fan).

Crumble the tofu into a mixing bowl until it forms a semi fine mince. Add the remaining seasonings and wet ingredients and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Add the corn starch and mix well, the consistency should make it so it starts to loosely stick together.

Place the mix on a lined baking tray and press into clusters with your hands.

Drizzle with a little oil and bake for 12-15 mins, gently flipping halfway to ensure golden all over. You may need to bake longer in an oven, I used an airfryer.
