Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix together peanut butter, eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla.

Mix in the rest of your ingredients except for the chocolate chips.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Scoop out dough and roll into balls. Rinsing your hands halfway through will help if they are sticking to your hands.

Flatten each cookie dough ball using the bottom of your palm.

Bake for 9-11 minutes.
