Preheat Traeger Grill to 185 degrees F and crank on super smoke option if available.

Combine beef, garlic, ginger, scallion, white onion, cilantro, hoisin, soy, egg, and breadcrumbs, then mix well and shape into meatballs.

Place meatballs on the grill and smoke for 30 minutes.

Increase grill temperature to 400 degrees F and cook until charred, golden, and perfectly cooked through.

Heat a pan, add sesame oil, stock, hoisin, soy, sriracha, and honey, and bring to a simmer.

Place the meatballs in the sauce and cook until sticky, saucy, and beautifully thickened.
