Lobster Bisque, Scallop, Parsley & Samphire Oil
Save this one. I made this dish over winter and it was too good not to make again. This was the perfect opportunity to put my @hexclad_uk pans to the test - from low and slow simmering of the stock in the Hybrid Deep Sauté pan, to high heat searing of scallop in the Hybrid Frying pan. Freedom to use metal utensils and put a high performance pan in the dishwasher is very freeing!
