Combo of peanut butter and jelly + protein makes it the perfect mid day snack!

Mix together oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla protein powder, @lsfnutrition ms congeniality, and hemp hearts.

Form into cups in muffin tin and make 8-10 cups.

Reserve 1/3 of the oat mixture to add on top and set in freezer.

Add 1-2 spoonfuls of your favorite jam on top and set again in freezer.

Add the remaining oat mixture on top and ENJOY.

Store in freezer.
