Name: viral cucumber salad
Ingredients: 2 cucumbers (Lebanese); 0.5 white onion (small, finely sliced); 1 tablespoons soy sauce (Tamari); white pepper (pinch); 1 teaspoons sesame oil; 1 tablespoons fish sauce; 2 tablespoons rice vinegar; 1 tablespoons maple syrup; 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds (toasted); 2 tablespoons peanuts (crushed); 1 tablespoons chilli oil (or chilli crunch); 0.33 dill (roughly chopped)

This is such a winning combo served on its own, add it to a rice bowl, serve with hot noodles or a cooling side to a curry or hotpot.
