Rub the garlic powder and Chinese five spice into the meat.

Pat the skin dry with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle the salt over the pork skin and rub all over.

Place the pork on a piece of foil, covering the meat but leaving the skin exposed.

Air fry the pork belly at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Remove, then scrape off the salt.

Turn up the heat to 200°C and air fry for another 30-35 minutes.

Let rest for 10 minutes and then slice into small bite-sized pieces.

Serve with rice, vegetables and soy and chilli sauce.
