This dish was a total winner and dead easy to throw together!

Ingredients

    Sauté chilli flakes in a tsp of olive oil.

    Chuck in some garlic, onions, and peppers.

    Add a tin of plum tomatoes, break them down with a potato masher.

    Let it simmer for 20 minutes.

    Finish it off with a splash of milk to give it a nice creamy texture and basil.

  6. 6

    Slice the steak and toss it in with the prawns right at the end.

  7. 7

    Just enough to warm them through without losing that tenderness.


Notes

This carb-loaded feast hit the spot and still came in at just 515 calories.
