Char Siu Rice Noodle Rolls/Cheung Fun
A quick and delicious treat to make easily with rice paper!

Directions

Chop char siu into small pieces. Chop scallion and cilantro.

In a small bowl, add char siu, white pepper, and sesame oil. Mix well and set aside.

Wet rice paper, lay flat on a plate/cutting board. Place desired amount of char siu, sprinkle diced scallion, then wrap up the char siu and roll up all the way.

In a heat safe plate/dish, use a brush to lightly oil the plate. Place char siu rice rolls onto the plate and lightly brush with oil as well.

Steam rolls for ~5 minutes. While steaming, combine Lee Kum Kee Less Sodium Soy Sauce, Kum Kee Panda Brand Less Sodium Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, sugar, and water in a small bowl. Mix well.

Once steamed, garnish with cilantro, scallion, and drizzle with chili oil and sweet soy sauce!
