    Sauté sliced onion in a pot with a little oil until softened, about 2 mins.

    Add kimchi, water/broth, gochujang, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

    Add tofu cubes and simmer for 3-4 mins.

    Top with green onions, sesame oil, and seeds.
