Quick & Easy Salmon & Rice in the Rice Cooker
Welcome to the first recipe in my new rice cooker series, where I’ll be sharing simple, delicious meals you can make with minimal effort! Today, we’re making a nutritious salmon and rice dish—all done in your rice cooker. Perfect for those busy nights!

Rinse 1 cup rice and add 1½ cups water or broth to the rice cooker.

Season the salmon and sear the fish in a hot pan, no need to fully cook it.

Place salmon on top of the rice.

Hit the “Cook” button on the rice cooker

Mix the salmon in once it’s cooked. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
