Pappardelle with Mixed Mushrooms and Thyme
A quick and easy pasta recipe with mixed mushrooms and thyme and white wine.

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter, then add mushrooms. Cook and stir mushrooms until they start to brown & caramelize, about 3-5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes (The garlic should give off a pleasant aroma)

Add thyme, salt, pepper, stock or wine, Cook for about 5-8 minutes or until liquid reduces down a bit.

Add pasta (If you don’t have pappardelle, you can add another type of pasta)

Add 5-6 tablespoons of pasta water. Stir and cook for 1 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve.
