Garlic Soup
Inspired by the best soup I’ve had at the oldest pub in Prague. Will never forget that hearty and comforting first bite, paired with a local Czech pint

Lots of garlic (I used about 2 bulbs)

1 onion, chopped

1 potato, chopped

Olive oil + knob of butter

Salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme (optional bay leaf)

1 cup white wine

1 box of stock (can add more water + bullion if you like)

2-3 cups bread, cubed

Grated cheese (I like using white cheddar or gouda)

Herbs to garnish: parsley or chives
