Caramelized Fig Toasted Oats

    Cut & quarter figs, add to a small pot over low/med heat, add 1 tbsp of maple syrup & 1 tsp cinnamon, stir & sauté for 3-5 min or until soft & aromatic.

    Set some figs aside for toppings.

    Add 4 tbsp rolled oats to the pan, & 3/4 cup almond milk (or more if you like it creamier), cook oats according to instructions on package.

    Transfer fig oats to a bowl, top with caramelized figs & enjoy!
