mix hot milk and melted butter

add sugar and mix well

when batter is slightly cooled, add egg and mix well

combine low protein flour + cocoa powder + baking powder

sieve the flour mixture to the batter and fold evenly

pipe in paper cup, fill up to approx 80%

bake at 180C for 20-25mins (timing depending on muffin cup size)
