Mom's White Chicken Chili
Everytime I've made this for friends they've asked for the recipe, it's really that good! Plus it's SO easy and foolproof.

Melt your butter on medium high heat in a large pot. Add your flour and whisk well to get rid of any clumps. Slowly add in your chicken broth while whisking away any clumps. Add your half and half and mix well. Add your spices, mix well and let it thicken for about 5 minutes mixing often.

Add in your chilies, beans and chicken. Mix well then add in your cheese. Bring to a light boil then cover and simmer for 10 minutes until thick. Serve with toppings and enjoy!!
