Tequila Blanco Cocktail

Directions

   Combine all ingredients except for mezcal into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 12 seconds.

   Strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes and float the mezcal on top.

3. 3

   Garnish with a skewered candied ginger.
