Add all ingredients except for Prosecco into a wine glass with ice cubes and stir for 5 seconds.

Add the Prosecco and stir for another 5 seconds.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a basil leaf.
Notes
Original garnish calls for a lemon leaf but I opted for a basil leaf instead.
