Fermented Honey Garlic

Peel garlic and give them a good squish to open them a bit! Place the peeled garlic cloves into a glass jar.

Add enough raw local honey to completely cover the garlic cloves. Make sure they are coated with honey.

Place the lid on the jar loosely, then tuck into a dark place.

Stir or swirl this every day for a week or so.

Wait for about a month for the honey garlic to ferment.

Store in a cool place for many months or even a year, if not longer.

Take a spoonful daily to strengthen your immune system. Can be taken with a garlic clove when feeling sick.
